Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in the Mohali district. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting thorough market research, and creating strategies for client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and online marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour)
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in web development, digital marketing & mobile app services
  • Develop and execute lead generation and sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks & client presentations
  • Maintain and track lead pipelines and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery

Requirements

  • 1.5–3 years of experience in IT services business development / lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with direct outreach & online bidding platforms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
  • Strategic and target-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
