Job Description
ECHON Group is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to promote our PVC Door segment through Channel Sales and Project Sales in the designated area. The role involves appointing dealers / distributors and generating business by meeting architects, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
- Onboard new channel partners for PVC doors to increase market coverage.
- Drive Project Sales by meeting and influencing architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
- Maintain strong business relationships with channel partners and project influencers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.
- Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and clients.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Key Skills Required :
Proven experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales within building materials, interior solutions, or hardware industry.Ability to appoint and manage dealers / distributors effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Familiarity with the local market and strong connect with architects and contractors.Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
