Position : US Staffing Coordinator (Night Shift – 7 PM to 7 AM IST)

Location : Ticel Bio Park Phase II, Office No : 605, 6th Floor, Avacend Solutions Pvt Ltd, CSIR Road, Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600113

Employment Type : Full-time

Walk in time - 7 pm to 10 PM - Nov 19, 20 & 21

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination

Schedule interviews across multiple US time zones in coordination with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Manage job postings on job boards and ATS platforms.
Coordinate recruiter screens, technical assessments, and hiring panel discussions.
Assist recruiters with sourcing support, resume screening, and candidate outreach when required.

Candidate Management

Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Share interview instructions, meeting links, guidelines, and follow-up information.

Collect and verify required documents (ID proof, work authorization, resume, etc.).

Ensure every candidate receives a smooth and positive experience.

Internal Coordination

Work with recruiting teams to track hiring pipelines and update weekly / monthly reports.

Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding open positions, interview outcomes, and hiring timelines.

Support HR and operations teams with onboarding and compliance queries.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Required or equivalent experience.

1–3 years of experience in US staffing, recruitment coordination, or HR operations (night shift experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of US hiring workflows and work authorizations (W2, C2C, OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC).

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage high-volume roles in a fast-paced environment.
