Description
We are seeking an experienced IPDRG Medical Coder / QA to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately coding inpatient procedures and ensuring the quality of coded data according to IPDRG guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high coding standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and assign accurate medical codes for inpatient procedures using IPDRG guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on coded data to ensure compliance with established coding standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest coding updates, regulations, and best practices in IPDRG and medical coding.
- Prepare reports on coding accuracy and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
