About the role

We are looking for a proficient Manager - Cloud Security Architect Reckitt Cloud who will be instrumental in guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud security architecture on Azure / GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure and GCP security services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams.

Your responsibilities

Create and maintain architectural blueprints for development in Azure and GCP

Introduce new services / tools in the AZURE / GCP platform

Provide guidance on best practices, technical standards, and professional development for the team.

Review designs and architectures of the product teams and ensure they comply with the design blueprints

Ensure timely and good quality deliverables

Develop and maintain security architectural blueprints for Azure and GCP environments.

Introduce, evaluate and implement New Security Services / Tools within the cloud platforms.

Offer guidance on security best practices, technical standards, and professional development for the team.

Assess and ensure that the security designs and architectures of product teams comply with established security blueprints.

Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of security infrastructure components in Azure and GCP, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Develop and manage CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) for secure and automated deployment processes.

Implement and optimize security engineering processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency on Azure and GCP.

Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.

Collaborate with the Cyber team to implement and enforce security measures in Azure and GCP environments.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to Azure and GCP platform services.

The experience we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a role involving security engineering on Azure and / or GCP Cloud Platforms
• In-depth knowledge of Azure and / or GCP security services and infrastructure components.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep), and Azure and GCP security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft Certified : Azure Security Engineer Associate) are a plus.
