Senior Engineer - Quality (Cell Manufacturing)

The candidate should have experience in Quality department of Solar Cell manufacturing

Should have knowledge of basic semiconductor physics (important for Cell line)

Should be certified in Six Sigma yellow belt / green belt / black belt.

Should have done improvement projects using DMAIC methodology

Should experience in data analysis & worked on data analysis tools like Minitab, JMP, Power BI, Advance Excel etc.

Basic knowledge of Statistics & quality core tools (SPC, CAPA,8D, 7QC, FMEA, MSA, 3M, Descriptive stat, Hypothesis)

Line audit in each shift as per defined MQP / SOP / WI / ISO STANDARD / Report Preparation & prepare NC s closure & action plan for improvement.

Calibration and Validation of cell tester (HALM / WAVELAB) for electrical and EL criteria in each shift.

Should have experience in recipe setup of vision measurement system / metrological tools for accurate & precise measurement of product characteristics

IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report as well for management report

lead improvement projects along with cross functional teams (Six sigma, QCC)
