We are now expanding our presence in the AAC Block Manufacturing Business and looking for a dynamic Business Head who can lead the complete operations — from production to sales — and drive the company’s overall growth under direct supervision of the Managing Director.
Position Objective :
To take full ownership of the AAC Block Business and ensure excellence in production, quality, sales, profitability, and risk management. The candidate will work closely with the MD to plan and execute strategies that deliver continuous improvement, market expansion, and sustainable business growth.
Education & Experience :
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering.
- MBA in Operations / Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business leadership roles in manufacturing, construction material, or engineering-based industries.
- Proven experience in production, sales, and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Business Leadership & Strategy
Lead all functions — Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch — for AAC Block business.Work closely with the MD to plan short-term and long-term business strategies.Drive company development with a clear focus on profitability, efficiency, and market share growth.2. Production & Operations
Oversee daily plant operations and ensure optimal capacity utilization.Reduce wastage, downtime, and cost per cubic meter.Implement strict quality and safety standards.Coordinate with technical teams to maintain high efficiency and consistency in production output.3. Sales, Marketing & Customer Development
Lead sales activities across existing and new markets.Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.Develop pricing strategies and ensure healthy margins.Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and client visits.4. Financial & Risk Management
Monitor operational costs, working capital, and profitability.Conduct business risk analysis and prepare mitigation plans.Review monthly P&L reports and implement cost-control measures.Prepare budgets and ensure targets are met as per plan.5. Team Leadership & Coordination
Build and lead a cross-functional team for production and sales.Train and motivate staff to achieve performance excellence.Ensure smooth communication and coordination among departments.Conduct regular performance reviews and present progress reports to the MD.6. Continuous Improvement
Analyze business gaps and implement new systems or process improvements.Adopt automation, ERP monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.Introduce innovative ideas for product quality, cost optimization, and customer satisfaction.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
