Job Title- Telesales Executive – Real Estate Company - IA Wealth Management Pvt Ltd.

Location : Noida

Job Type : Full-time

Salary - 25k-70k per month

Past experience of Tele Sales is a must. Experience of working with American Express or other premium companies will be preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive

  • Telesales Executive
  • to join our dynamic real estate team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
  • cold calling, lead generation, and converting inquiries into qualified site visits and sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
  • cold calls
  • to prospective buyers and generate interest in residential / commercial real estate projects.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture
  • leads
  • through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Convert potential inquiries into
  • site visits
  • and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
  • Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans to clients.
  • Achieve
  • weekly and monthly targets
  • for calls, qualified leads, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Requirements :

  • 0–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales , preferably in Real Estate .
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and match them with project offerings.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working under target-driven environments.
  • Proficient in using
  • MS Office, CRM tools, and call tracking systems
  • Freshers with strong communication and interest in real estate are welcome to apply.
