Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Manage accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing for factory staff (up to 1,000
employees).
Ensure complete compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, TDS, and other
statutory requirements.
Prepare and maintain statutory registers, returns, challans, and compliance
documentation.
Coordinate and manage statutory inspections, labor audits, and compliance reports.
Work closely with HR, Accounts, and Departments for payroll inputs, attendance, and
shift data.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and statutory benefits.
Ensure zero non-compliance and maintain updated knowledge of labour laws, factory
regulations, and state rules.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related data.
Requirements :
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance (factory setup
preferred).
Proven ability to independently manage payroll for large employee strength (up to
1,000 employees).
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory returns, and factory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll systems, and statutory reporting.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA, SARAL Payroll, or similar HRMS / ERP systems.
Experience in preparing and managing statutory compliance, audit reports, and factory
documentation.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
