About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of projects from architecture and development to deployment and performance. You’ll be leading a small team of developers, ensuring code quality, mentoring members, and driving technical decisions that shape the product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of scalable full-stack applications using React , Node.Js , Express , and PostgreSQL .
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — product, design, QA — to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance.
• Oversee code reviews, deployment processes, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement long-term solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
