Role Description & Responsibilities :

This is a full-time from-office role in Bangalore for a Senior Copywriter (3-4 years experience). But not just any writer, we’re looking for someone who lives for big ideas, not just good grammar. You'll get to work with some exciting new age brands on the verge of a launch and help establish brands solve challenging problems.

You’ve probably worked in an ad agency before. You know the thrill of cracking a campaign, writing a script that gives people goosebumps, or crafting a headline that makes your CD say “ that’s the one. ”

This role is for you if :

✅ You’ve spent 3-4 years in an advertising agency writing for brands and ATL campaigns.

✅ You think in campaigns, not just content calendars

✅ You’re excited by films, OOH, print, digital campaigns, and everything in between

✅ You can take a small brief and turn it into a bold, resonant idea

✅ You’re collaborative, concept-driven, and hungry to make meaningful work

✅ You love building brand voices and know when to break the rules

✅ You look at social media as another medium to create impact and not just content

This role is not for you if :

🚫 Your core focus is on content writing : like Social Media BAU, SEO blogs, editorial articles, or long-form web content

🚫 You haven’t worked in a creative or advertising agency setup

🚫 You’re looking to write primarily for newsletters, push notifications, or social captions

🚫 You prefer writing in isolation over collaborating on campaign thinking

Qualifications :

• Experience working in a creative agency is a must
• 3-4 years experience in an advertising agency
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in writing copy for advertising campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and develop creative concepts
• In-depth knowledge of advertising trends and industry best practices
