Responsibilities :
- Design and implement REST / SOAP integrations with logistics providers using IntegrationHub and MID Server
- Configure scheduled data imports, Import Sets, and Transform Maps to ingest shipment details and warehouse transactions
- Define and enforce CMDB reconciliation rules to align physical inventory with ServiceNow records
- Develop error-handling and alerting mechanisms, including retry logic and exception notifications
- Collaborate with external vendors to validate API contracts, authentication (OAuth2, API keys), and data-security requirements
- Build runbooks and automated workflows for inbound receipts, outbound deployments, returns, and discrepancy resolution
- Extend ServiceNow assets and CI classes to capture logistics attributes (tracking number, carrier, delivery status)
- Implement data-cleansing routines and mapping scripts to normalize logistics data for analytics
- Document integration patterns, update sets, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles for ongoing maintenance
