Series B Funded Agri tech Startup - AGRIM

Our journey :

Agrim in a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already onboarded on the platform.

Having closed our Series B round of funding with Tier-1 investors, we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT / IIM graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes, e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, ACKO, Udaan etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector

About the Role

This is a high-impact role working directly with Agrim’s Founders (ex-IIT / IIM, ex-entrepreneurs with successful exits). As a mini-CEO , you’ll drive cross-functional projects, from 0→1 launches to 10x scale-ups , blending strategy, execution, and problem-solving in one of India’s fastest-growing agri-tech marketplaces.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Founders : Shape and execute Agrim’s growth strategy across demand, supply, ops, fintech, HR, and product.
  • Lead High-Stakes Projects : Drive 0→1 business decisions, scaling strategies, fintech / credit pilots, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Build Org Muscle : Set up OKRs, processes, and operating frameworks for the company.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Define, refine, and track key business metrics to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Manage stakeholders across teams and ensure projects move from strategy to execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA / Bachelor’s from Tier-1 institute .
  • 3–5 years in management consulting / high-growth startups / strategy roles .
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving orientation .
  • Action bias — thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
