As we scale our operations, we are seeking a Lead Generation Executive to help grow our pipeline and drive business development through strategic prospecting.
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with experience in identifying and qualifying B2B leads across international markets. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, tech-savvy, and proficient in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo for lead research and outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients based on a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and optimize lead-generation strategies
- Qualify and route leads to senior sales representatives
- Track and report on outreach performance and metrics
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or cold outreachHands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo , or similar toolsFamiliarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of email outreach best practicesHighly organized, self-motivated, and goal-orientedNice to Have
