At KrisAtWork, we are building a family of AI-powered work companions that unify the tech stack with built-in intelligence models to make employees smarter.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our AI platform delivers a high-quality, bug-free experience to users, while also capturing user feedback, resolving issues, and turning insights into action.
What You'll Do :
- Own the QA process across web and API layers—manual testing, test case creation, and regression testing.
- Develop and execute test plans for new features, releases, and bug fixes.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to identify edge cases and improve product robustness.
- Maintain a clear log of bugs, prioritise based on impact, and follow through to resolution.
- Contribute to automation efforts for scaling QA processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear reproduction steps.
Who Are You & What Makes You Qualified :
2+ years in a QA — preferably in a SaaS or AI / ML focussed companies.Strong analytical, troubleshooting & excel skills; you're comfortable navigating logs, APIs, and debugging tools.Knowledge on tools like Postman, JIRA, Notion, Zendesk / Intercom, or similar.Customer-first mindset—you enjoy helping people and can turn friction into delight.Experience testing conversational AI, LLM-based systems, or B2B platforms.
