Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Engineering Manager’s from Water Sector . This role will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effective and timely delivery of detailed engineering solutions, managing engineering quality and productivity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Engineering Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, foster knowledge-sharing across disciplines, and uphold the highest standards of engineering excellence.

Locations : Chennai / Noida / Pune

Key Responsibilities :

• Engineering Leadership & Delivery :
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering solutions by reviewing and approving engineering schedules and MIS reports.
• Oversee the resolution of complex engineering challenges, providing guidance and additional resources as needed.
• Ensure that the engineering process aligns with project timelines and delivers high-quality designs that meet specifications.
