About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Finishes to manage interior works and detailing for a prestigious heritage-style 5-star hospitality project in Jodhpur. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee execution of high-end finishes such as stone, woodwork, decorative ceilings, and premium interiors.

Ensure mock-ups, sample approvals, and quality benchmarks are implemented with precision.

Maintain strict control over finish quality, detailing, and workmanship.

Coordinate effectively with design consultants, interior decorators, and contractors for seamless project delivery.

Drive site operations, inter-trade coordination, and ensure daily / weekly progress achievements.

Prepare accurate project reports, presentations, and updates for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.

8–10 years of relevant experience with reputed developers or contractors.

Strong aesthetic sense and detailing expertise.

Prior experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or master plan projects.

Knowledge of local / regional finishes, materials, and vendors (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.

Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
