We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our referral sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and medical professionals. This role is crucial for driving business growth through a robust and consistent referral network.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth : Drive the overall business contribution and growth by effectively managing and executing sales activities within the doctor referral segment.
- Doctor Network Development : Build and nurture a strong network of doctors to ensure consistent referrals. Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to strengthen these relationships.
- Engagement Programs : Plan, execute, and promote various doctor and patient engagement programs, including medical camps , webinars , Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions , and patient-focused events.
- Service Promotion : Collaborate with the Corporate Sales team to effectively promote hospital services, in-house consultants, and specialized programs to a wider audience.
