Job description

.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify client needs and offer suitable products, services, or solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve business targets through effective client relationship management and sales initiatives. Coordinate with internal departments (finance, service, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless client servicing. Manage client portfolios and ensure timely resolution of queries, complaints, and requests. Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and opportunities for growth. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic inputs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
