AAYYAAM WELLNESS PVT. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operation Manager to oversee daily center operations, manage staff and clients, and ensure the smooth execution of all activities at our wellness center.

Position Details

Role : Operation Manager

Location : Bhopal (Candidates must be from Bhopal or nearby areas)

Salary : Up to ₹30,000 / month (Based on Experience & Skills)

Experience : Minimum 3 Years (Preferably in Wellness, Hospitality, or Service Industry)

Ideal Candidate

• Strong leadership and operations management skills
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi
• Skilled in client handling and relationship management
• Highly motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Professional, disciplined, and customer-centric attitude
• Basic computer and administrative proficiency
• Ability to stay calm under pressure with a positive mindset
• Interest or knowledge in Wellness & Ayurveda is a plus
