We are currently looking to hire a SAP SF Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.

Experience : 10+ years

Work Location : India (Remote)

Contract Period : 2 months, extendable - 2 days / week support

Shift : 5 am to 2 pm IST

Required Skills & Experience :

• 8+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on in Recruiting (REC) and Onboarding (ONB) modules.
• Strong understanding of Employee Central integration with REC / ONB.
• Experience performing system audits, configuration reviews , and process health checks .
• Excellent understanding of SAP best practices and data flow between modules.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting and / or Onboarding preferred.
