IT Infrastructure Specialist

The role oversees installations, configurations, upgrades, and network security, ensuring reliable WAN / LAN performance. It includes resolving complex issues by collaborating with vendors and internal teams, managing escalations, and maintaining strong, clear communication with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Network, Infrastructure & Security Oversight

• Manage WAN / LAN, wireless networks, cloud services, and related hardware / software.
• Configure and troubleshoot Aruba Switch / UniFi APs, and Sophos / Fortinet firewalls.
• Monitor system performance, ensure backups, disaster recovery readiness, and overall network security.
• Handle firewall / VPN setups, antivirus systems, and security patching.
• Support infrastructure planning and improvements.
