About the Role
We’re looking for a hybrid creative who can think in images, motion, and stories. Someone who can take a brief and translate it into compelling visual language — across static design, motion graphics, and video. This isn’t a “make the edits as told” role. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, sketches visual concepts, and delivers assets that look good and communicate clearly.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and design visual ideas for presentations, campaigns, reels, short films, and brand content.
- Create graphics, layouts, illustrations, and motion assets that align with brand narratives.
- Edit videos ranging from snappy social clips to polished case films, applying storytelling instincts to structure.
- Translate briefs into visual moodboards, storyboards, and first cuts — not just follow step-by-step instructions.
- Use AI tools for faster, smarter creation (image, video, and design automation).
- Handle a spectrum of projects : B2B case studies, B2C campaigns, corporate decks, social reels, product explainers, and more.
Skills & Tools You Bring
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva (for design)Mastery of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (for editing / motion)Illustration and image manipulation skills (hand-drawn or digital).Strong visual storytelling instincts — knowing how to cut, pace, and design for impact.Comfort with AI-driven design / video tools.Strong eye for typography, color, and layout.What We're Looking For in YOU
You don’t wait for exact visual references; you can ideate and propose directions.You’re as comfortable designing a striking presentation slide as editing a high-energy reel.You’ve got a portfolio that shows both thinking (storyboards, concepts, moodboards) and execution (final designs / videos).You understand how visuals work for different audiences — corporate, consumer, social-first.You’re curious, experimental, and can learn / try new formats fast.Nice to Have (but not deal-breakers) :
3D or animation skillsExperience in branding / agency environmentsSelf-made content (e.g., a personal YouTube, Insta page, or side project)
