Ensure quality control during fabrication, erection, and hydrotesting of piping systems as per project specifications.Monitor welding activities including WPS, PQR, and welder qualification records.Conduct visual inspections and ensure dimensional accuracy, material traceability, and fit-up before welding.Perform and coordinate NDT activities as per ASNT Level II standards including UT, RT, PT, and MPT.Maintain all quality records such as ITPs, weld logs, material test certificates, WPS / PQR documents, and inspection reports.Liaise with site engineers, clients, third-party inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth QA / QC processes.Conduct internal audits and support client audits, ensuring compliance with quality plans.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in / Mechanical Engineering.
