Adapt – Sr. Analyst & Chief of Staff
Adapt is seeking a hardworking, analytical, and project-oriented leader to support our CEO on several key initiatives. The Sr. Analyst & Chief of Staff is an individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CEO. This position will analyze company data, develop critical business initiatives, and collaborate across the Adapt leadership team to ensure successful cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
Operational Analysis
- Analyze operational and performance metrics
- Create executive-level summaries and presentations
- Support and organize teams around critical operational initiatives
Sales Operations
Track Adapt’s sales pipeline and CRM activitySummarize sales performance metrics for leadershipRun weekly sales huddle meetingsFollow up internally on sales opportunities to ensure progress and accountabilityGeneral Administration
Organize quarterly investor updatesPrepare materials for All-Hands, staff meetings, and leadership offsitesPurchase and ship team swag and customer giftsCoordinate key customer meetings and logisticsRequired Skills
Prior project management experienceStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPointFast learner with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Skills
Administrative or Chief-of-Staff experienceLocalization or media-technology industry experienceMBA or relevant graduate degreePrior finance rolesPrior sales operations or RevOps experience
