Role Summary
Support the end-to-end social media function : ideate content, produce assets with the creative team, publish across platforms, and report on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan weekly content calendars aligned to brand objectives
- Ideate strong hooks and narratives for posts, reels, carousels, and shorts
- Draft concise, on-brand copy and CTAs per platform
- Coordinate assets (video, image, BTS) and ensure timely publishing
- Monitor comments / DMs, escalate leads, and maintain brand voice
- Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, completion) and share insights
