Job descriptionManage and track regression systems, ensuring continuous integration and validation. Use scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl, etc.) to automate reports, track KPIs, and improve process efficiency. Analyze program data and provide insights for improving productivity and quality. Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates. Facilitate team meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes. Demonstrate strong self-drive and leadership to guide teams toward successful project outcomes. Influence without authority and foster strong collaboration across teams. Solid understanding of engineering processes in IP / SoC or related technical domains. Strong experience with regression management systems . Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-project management abilities. Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and self-driven mindset. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering , or a related technical field.

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Project and Program Manager to oversee complex SOC / IP engineering projects and drive cross-functional program execution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
