This role involves driving sales, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and managing a motivated team to deliver Skyblue’s signature creative retail experience.ResponsibilitiesLead overall store operations with focus on customer engagement and sales growthInspire, guide, and manage the store team to deliver excellenceEnsure high standards of merchandising, ambience, and inventory managementTrack performance, reporting, and compliance with company policiesBuild strong customer relationships for repeat engagement and loyaltyRequirementsGraduate / Postgraduate degree, preferably in Retail / Management / DesignMinimum 5 years of experience in retail management or customer-facing operationsProven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teamsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
