Job descriptionCorporate / plant / manufacturing / infrastructure / real estate. Strong knowledge of Indian laws relating to labour, safety, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience in building compliance systems, legal risk assessment, and regulatory reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training skills. High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Compliance Framework Development Regulatory Monitoring & Advisory Compliance Execution & Reporting Anti-Bribery & Ethics Management Cross-functional Coordination
Corporate - Managerial role – Compliance
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 6 - 10 years (strong compliance management background)
Desired Candidate Profile
- LLB / LLM preferred;
Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage.
Role Objective
To establish and implement a robust compliance management framework covering all applicable laws in India, including safety, environmental, labour & HR, plant & machinery, and other statutory requirements. The role will also support the Company Secretary in driving Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) and ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards across the organization.
