Job Description : As a Frontend Developer with a focus on UI / UX design you will be responsible for building visually appealing functional and responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies. You will also be expected to contribute to the UX / UI design process by collaborating with designers to ensure that the user experience is seamless and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

Build and maintain responsive interactive websites and web applications using HTML CSS and JavaScript .

Translate UI / UX designs into fully functional clean and efficient code.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs and provide feedback to design teams when necessary.

UI / UX Design Collaboration :

Collaborate with designers to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Participate in user research and usability testing to identify opportunities for design improvements.

Create wireframes prototypes and mockups using design tools (e.g. Figma Adobe XD Sketch).

Responsive Design :

Ensure all websites are fully responsive accessible and optimized for various devices (mobile tablet desktop).

Cross-Browser Compatibility :

Test and ensure compatibility across different browsers and platforms.

Code Quality and Maintenance :

Write clean maintainable and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Collaboration & Agile Workflows :

Work closely with product managers backend developers and other stakeholders in an agile environment.

Participate in daily standups sprint planning and code reviews.

Requirements

Qualifications : Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript .

Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular .

Solid understanding of CSS preprocessors (e.g. Sass LESS).

Familiarity with responsive web design principles.

Experience with UI / UX design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD .

Knowledge of version control systems like Git .

Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g. RESTful APIs ) is a plus.

Design Skills :

Strong eye for design with an understanding of typography color theory and layout.

Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and prototypes based on user feedback.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into functional code.

Soft Skills :

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing your frontend development and UI / UX design work is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap Tailwind CSS).

Familiarity with design systems and design tokens .

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing accessible web designs.

Experience in agile methodologies and version control (Git GitHub GitLab).
