Job descriptionExperience Letter from a registered Pvt Ltd fashion company. Performance-based incentives (design adoption + drop success). Direct mentorship from founder + involvement in real drop creation. Portfolio-worthy design credits. Opportunity to work inside a fast-growing Indian fashion brand. Strong chance of PPO for high-performing designers. Fashion design students, freshers, or self-taught designers. Strong in sketching or digital design (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Procreate). Creative mindset with clean, modern taste. Able to work 11 AM – 5 PM consistently (Mon–Fri). Interest in streetwear, minimalism, Indian culture, and color-driven design is a major plus.

Timing : 11 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM , Monday to Friday
Compensation : Unpaid (Experience Letter + Performance-Based Incentives)
EKVAAR is India’s first House of Originals , building an all-time fashion universe across Solids, Layers, Street, Luxe, and Origins. We work only in six iconic colors and design for long-term style over fast-fashion churn. We are looking for a Fashion Designer Intern who can contribute ideas, create designs, and support upcoming drops.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts across EKVAAR’s categories :
- Solids, Layers, Street, Luxe, Origins
- Create sketches, digital mockups, silhouettes, print ideas, and detailing.
- Assist in building lookbooks, mood boards, and design references.
- Work with the founder to translate stories + color narratives into real designs.
- Ensure all designs follow EKVAAR’s six-color system and brand compliance.
- Co-ordinate with sampling team, vendors, and printing units.
- Prepare production-ready files & tech sheets.
- Contribute creative ideas for future drops, campaigns, and collections.
