Cimpress has created a new business called Cimpress Open whose mandate will be to excel at serving customers via third-party channels. Cimpress Open harnesses the power of our state of the art Mass Customization Platform to integrate with key partner businesses, leveraging the product breadth and scale advantages provided by Cimpress’ mass customization businesses. The platform consists of modular, multi- tenant services, making it easy and fast to do things like introduce new products, reach customers, and track orders. Last year, Cimpress generated over $3B in revenue through customized print products, signage, apparel, packaging, and more. Cimpress Open has significant growth opportunities as it establishes a presence with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms.

About the role :

Cimpress Open is a new business initiative focused on expanding customer reach through strategic partnerships and digital integration. Leveraging Cimpress’ advanced Mass Customization Platform, Cimpress Open collaborates with partners to deliver a diverse range of personalized products—supported by agile, modular services for seamless onboarding, product launches, and order management. With over $3.4B in annual revenue from customized print, signage, apparel, and packaging, Cimpress Open is poised for strong growth by engaging digital design software providers and leading ecommerce marketplaces. The engineering team operates with ownership, flexibility, and direct influence on technology decisions, helping define the future of scalable solutions within a supportive global organization.

What you will do : Design & Build :

Develop robust, maintainable, and scalable software using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and related frameworks.

Architect and implement modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.

Build complex integrations and APIs that power personalized products at scale.

Ensure Quality & Reliability :

Write clean, efficient, and testable code using TDD / BDD practices.

Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution.

Collaborate & Innovate :

Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Apply design patterns, modular component strategies, and modern programming paradigms.

Leverage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI / CD pipelines for secure, reliable delivery.

Your Qualifications :

4-8 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on frontend engineering.

Stays current with emerging frontend trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve product quality and team capabilities.

Expert in JavaScript, React, NodeJS, and TypeScript ecosystems, including proficiency with Next.js and cutting-edge frontend tools.

Advanced experience designing and implementing user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for UX / UI best practices.

Skilled in frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, and Cucumber for robust frontend validation.

Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and modular component design in React.

Building new, complex integrations from scratch and developing scalable, maintainable codebases.

Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs, collaborating with back-end teams to achieve seamless data flows.

Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, with exposure to CI / CD pipelines and automation of deployment processes.

Adopts Agile frameworks such as Scrum for iterative development and effective
