Customer Retention Officer

To be part of Worlds Largest Conservation Organisation

• To contact donors (via calls emails in-person meetings etc.) and explain WWF Indias work in a clear and interesting way.
• To proactively identify cultivate and secure high value long term relationships with new potential individual supporters within our key funding areas.
• To manage and build excellent relationships with donors to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
• To convert retain and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.
• Develop relationship with the donors and upgrade / reactivate them up the donor pyramid.

Requirements

Required Skills :

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA from any recognized University. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Highly performance-oriented and able to work in a team. Energy-driven individual who can inspire people and promote WWF-Indias work.
