Your Role as a Regional Growth Partner

Lead growth for Olibr in your region (city / state)

Onboard job seekers through colleges, bootcamps, and communities

Connect with founders, HRs, and recruiters to post jobs for free

Create and manage local WhatsApp / Telegram / LinkedIn groups

Run grassroots campaigns — events, workshops, meetups

Share growth feedback directly with the core team
