We are looking for a qualified CMA with strong experience in manufacturing industry to join our Finance team at Vapi (Gujarat).

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Analyze material consumption, track cost deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Handle COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) reconciliation and ensure accuracy in product and process costing.
• Conduct standard cost reviews, monitor actual vs. standard variances, and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with plant operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to review monthly cost performance.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis, cost sheets, and product profitability reports.
• Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, and inventory valuation processes.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize raw material usage, utilities, and conversion costs.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate records for production cost allocation, overhead absorption, and WIP (Work-In-Progress) valuation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving cost efficiency.
• Support ERP / SAP system enhancements related to cost and inventory modules.
