The Role :

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications. The role involves mentoring junior team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving complex technical challenges. Proficiency in React.js, React Native CLI, Zustand, WebSocket, and backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB is essential. This position offers an opportunity to stay ahead of industry trends and work on cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using the MERN stack.
Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (with Mongoose), and RESTful APIs.

Expertise in Python, React.js, React Native CLI, Zustand, and WebSocket.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Redux, Git, and state management libraries.

Familiarity with Fastify Node.js framework is a plus.

Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
