Our goal is to enable financial institutions to deliver personalized services at scale by empowering bankers to focus on customer needs, provide value, and drive growth through a state-of-the-art, agentic, verticalized AI platform.

As a Business / Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and collaborating with LLM engineers to enhance our AI-based knowledge systems. You will also be responsible for structuring high-quality datasets for AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze data and market trends to generate intelligence for an LLM-based solution.
• Develop robust SQL queries and MongoDB scripts.
• Design structured datasets for AI-driven analytics and LLM training.
• Create real-world examples and benchmarks for RAG-based retrieval systems.
• Work closely with the LLM engineering team to optimize knowledge retrieval flows.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to support risk analysis, compliance, and business intelligence.
