Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive / Legal Manager – Land Due Diligence & Acquisition at RUDRA HOSPITALITIES, located in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting legal due diligence of land and property, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice on property-related matters, and ensuring compliance with property laws. The candidate will also be responsible for conveyancing activities including sale deeds, lease deeds, and other property-related transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice
• Proficient in Law, particularly related to land and property
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with other teams
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher
• Relevant experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
