DigiRivera is expanding into premium branding projects (70k-2L / month) and is looking for a Branding Partner who can lead brand strategy creative direction and end-to-end project execution like a founder.

Key Responsibilities

Build brand strategy messaging & creative concepts

Lead designers editors and shoot teams

Handle premium client meetings & pitches

Manage full project delivery and ensure quality

Ideal Candidate

Strong in branding storytelling & creative direction

Confident communicator with founder-like mindset

Can independently handle strategy execution & clients

Understanding of shoots visuals and design workflows

Partnership & Earnings

Fixed salary for first 6 months

Profit share on branding projects 20%-50% based on involvement

No parallel agency / freelancing allowed
