Position : Business Development Executive

Job Location : Baner, Pune

Experience : Fresher to 4 Yrs

Graduation : Any Graduate

Shift Timings : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (Work from Office)

Skills & Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products / services. Identify and qualify leads based on criteria set by the business development team.

Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

Performance Tracking : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Administrative Tasks : Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
