Job description2–4 years of backend development experience with Python. Strong with Django / Flask and database systems (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB). Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns. Familiarity with Docker, cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure), and CI / CD pipelines. Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for productivity and prototyping. Bonus : GraphQL, FastAPI, or real-time systems. Startup mindset : proactive, resourceful, and ready to get things done.
About the Role :
We’re hiring a Backend Developer (Python, FastAPI) to power the engine behind our applications. You’ll design and build APIs, manage databases, and ensure everything runs smooth, secure, and scalable. If you enjoy building systems that perform under pressure and love working in a fast-paced startup setup, let’s talk.
What You’ll Do :
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services in Python.
- Design scalable database models and handle data efficiently.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Ensure backend security, performance, and reliability.
- Work closely with frontend and product teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable code and automate where possible.
- Use AI-powered IDEs (Cursor, Copilot, VS Code plugins, etc.) to code smarter, faster, and reduce repetitive work.
