Job Title : SAP Logistics Functional Designer

Location : Hyderabad (Zoetis ICC)

Job Type : Full-Time

Working Hours : 4 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM EST (First Shift)

Travel Requirement : Up to 10%

Time Zone Overlap : Additional overlap with EST may be required during production go-live

Job Description

This position reports to the Product Owner, SAP Logistics and is responsible for the implementation of various projects and enhancement requests from ICC, Hyderabad. The position will work closely with the Global SAP GMS team to gather requirements, support initiatives and strategies, and report on the status of work products, timelines, and efforts for enhancements and projects.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage logistics solutions within Zoetis' SAP footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Functional designer with a focus on SAP Logistics-related solutions
  • Requirements gathering and estimation for SAP enhancement requests
  • Perform thorough analysis to identify potential impacts of enhancement requests
  • Act as a team member within a diverse group of colleagues, consultants, and contractors
  • Train and mentor others to increase team productivity
  • Quickly learn and adapt to existing business processes
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Review and analyze enhancement requests for complexity and provide resource / cost estimates
  • Develop, prototype, test, and implement SAP S / 4 HANA and ECC logistics solution enhancements
  • Conduct SAP LE / EWM / TM process configuration changes for approved requests
  • Update and maintain all SAP / WRICEF functional documentation
  • Perform unit, integration, and regression testing

    • Education and Experience

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Technical, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
  • Experience :
  • 8+ years of SAP delivery and configuration experience
  • Multiple full lifecycle implementations in SAP ECC and S / 4 HANA modules :
  • Logistics Execution (LE)
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Transportation Management (TM)
  • Inventory Management (IM)

    • Experience with :

  • 3rd party integrations (SCT, MES, BN4L, P44, EDI)
  • S / 4 HANA certification preferred
  • Interfaces with 3rd party logistics and shipping providers
  • High-volume shipping (small packages, LTL, FTL)
  • Cross-functional integration (SD, MM, PP, QM, IBP, BTP)
  • WRICEF functional design and testing
  • Post-go-live production support
  • Industry experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals preferred

    • Technical Skills Requirements

  • Design and configuration in SAP LE, EWM, and TM, including :
  • Logistics org structure, plant and warehouse setup
  • Material movement, batch management, inventory, and procurement
  • EWM functions (shipping, deliveries, wave setup, PO / SO integration, STOs)
  • TM functions (order management, planning, tendering, freight cost and unit optimization)
  • Integration with BN4L and P44
  • Interface setups with 3PL warehouses for PO / STO management, customer returns, and inventory reconciliation
  • Adaptability for regional variations (e.g., Turkey, Greece, Peru, Portugal, Brazil, Japan)

    • Physical Position Requirements

  • Based in Hyderabad , with up to 10% travel
  • Regular working hours are 4 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM EST (ICC First Shift)
  • Additional EST time zone overlap may be required during production go-live
