Description :

We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Developer to join our team and support the development, customization, and integration of IBM Maximo Asset Management applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Maximo configurations, automation scripts, and integration frameworks, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and support IBM Maximo applications and related frameworks.
Customize Maximo modules, workflows, and automation scripts to meet business requirements.
Integrate Maximo with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, GIS) using REST / SOAP APIs and Maximo Integration Framework.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Maximo performance, data integrity, and functionality.
Create and maintain technical documentation including system design, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain BIRT reports and SQL scripts for data extraction and reporting.
Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for Maximo development and deployment.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience working with IBM Maximo.

Proficiency in Java, Jython, Python, SQL, and XML.

Experience with Maximo configurations (MBOs, workflows, cron tasks, domains, etc.).

Familiarity with database systems like Oracle or SQL Server.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
