Responsibilities of Support HR - CLM

Oversee and manage the Contract Labor Management System (CLMS) to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations related to contract labor.

Handle billing processes related to contract labor, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Develop and implement strategies for effective change management within the department.

Maintain a high level of accountability, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Foster a global mindset within the team, promoting understanding and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives.

Regularly review and update CLM and compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and effective.

Collaborate with other HR team members to address any issues or concerns related to contract labor.

Provide training and guidance to other team members on CLM and compliance-related matters.

Regularly report to HR management on the status of CLM and compliance activities.

Functional Competencies :

CLM & Compliances : The candidate should have a strong understanding of Contract Labor Management (CLM) and compliance regulations. This includes knowledge of labor laws, contract management, and ensuring that all labor practices adhere to local and national regulations.

CLMS Contract Labor Management System : The candidate should be proficient in using Contract Labor Management Systems (CLMS). This includes managing and tracking contract labor, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and effectively managing labor costs.

Billing : The candidate should have experience in billing processes, including creating, sending, and tracking invoices. They should also be able to handle any billing disputes or issues that may arise.
