Job descriptionEnsure all financial practices are in compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies. Monitor receivables regularly, perform ageing analysis, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely collections. Lead annual and perpetual inventory processes across all plant locations, ensuring accurate stock reporting and reconciliation. Conduct tagging and verification of fixed assets, ensuring proper recording, tracking, and physical verification. Ensure timely adherence to all statutory requirements and coordinate for audits, filings, and documentation as required.
Plant Accounts Monitoring
- Monitor plant-level accounting activities including general ledger scrutiny to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.
