Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and supply chain operations.
- Order & Logistics Management : Manage the entire order lifecycle from entry to final delivery. This includes order processing, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with logistics partners.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, production, and warehousing, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communication & Reporting : Provide proactive status updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Prepare and maintain reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback to ensure clear and smooth communication across the supply chain.
- Problem Resolution : Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and issues, taking ownership to resolve them efficiently and maintain strong client relations.
