Job Description :

As a Senior Backend Developer (Golang) at InfoNet, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance APIs and backend services. You will work with a talented team to develop solutions that are efficient, scalable, and robust. Strong knowledge of SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and expertise in data modeling and query optimization are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

API Development : Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient APIs using Golang.

Database Management : Develop and optimize complex queries, data models, and database schema using SQL databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL.

Performance Optimization : Ensure optimal performance of backend services and database operations.

Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct peer code reviews.

Troubleshooting : Debug and resolve backend issues, ensuring system reliability and robustness.

Collaboration : Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Testing : Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software quality.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years focused on Golang.

Golang Expertise : Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience building APIs and backend services in Golang.

SQL Proficiency : Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and indexing strategies.

PostgreSQL Expertise : Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced features like partitioning and full-text search.
