Tax Manager - Real Estate

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced US Tax Manager specializing inIndividual (1040 HNI)to join our growing tax team. The role involves managing and reviewing complex returns, leading client engagements, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with US federal and state tax laws. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Key Responsibilities : Manage, review, and delivercomplex 1040 (Individual) returns.Provide tax planning, advisory, and compliance support to clients, including HNI individuals, estates, and trusts.Supervise, guide, and review work performed by associates and senior associates.Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for tax matters.Research and resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of all returns.Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (audit, accounting, and consulting) for integrated client service delivery.Train and mentor junior staff on US tax concepts, software, and compliance processes.Qualifications & Skills : Bachelors / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA, EA, or equivalent US tax qualification is an added advantage.5+ years of US tax compliance experience, with focus on1040 / 1041 returns .Strong knowledge offederal and state tax lawsrelating to individuals, estates, and trusts.Experience in handlinghigh-net-worth individuals (HNI)and fiduciary returns.Proficiency in US tax software (e.G., GoSystem, CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, Lacerte, etc.).Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Why Join Us : Exposure to diverse US tax engagements (1040, 1041, multi-state filings).Professional growth with structured career development opportunities.Collaborative, dynamic, and knowledge-driven work environment.Opportunity to work with global clients and HNI portfolios.
