Key Responsibilities :

Design Magic : Create eye-catching brochures, flyers, postcards, and presentations for property listings and real estate events.

Digital Storytelling : Craft engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and online ads that capture attention.

Brand Ambassador : Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials with a cohesive, modern look.

Photo & Video Wizardry : Enhance property photos and videos to make every listing shine online and offline.

Collaborate & Create : Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and sales managers to bring ideas to life.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) other design, Video & AI tools

A strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout

Ability to juggle multiple projects / Properties Promotion and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Experience in real estate / Social Media marketing That's a plus!
