Job description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Team Lead to join our Inside Sales team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless acquisition and onboarding of clients.

Work Location: Chennai - Navalur

Work Hours: 1.30PM To 11.00PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the UK region.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to acquire, retain, and grow client accounts.
  • Conduct market research to understand company capabilities, trends, and competition.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and address client objectives.
  • Respond to RFPs and manage proposal submissions end-to-end.
  • Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—right from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients through regular engagement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and effective time management.
  • High perseverance, resilience, and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
  • Strong business intelligence—deep understanding of services, solutions, and competitor landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Skills in networking, negotiation, prospecting, public speaking, and sales motivation.
